You Raise Me Up 這是首相當勵志與感人的歌，許多歌手也因重新翻唱演釋這首歌締造銷售佳績，烏拉拉也是每次聽到這首歌都會感動到起雞皮疙瘩。
這首歌改編英國傳統民謠Danny Boy，2002年最先發行於Secret Garden的Once in a Red Moon專輯中，由Rolf Løvland作曲，Brendan Graham作詞，Brian Kennedy擔任主唱。來自LA的Josh Groban美聲歌手也因為2003年發行這專輯成功打進美國市場，台灣也因為Josh Groban的You Raise Me Up 而讓這首歌紅遍大街小巷。
(題外話，烏拉拉第一次聽到Josh Groban倒不是因為他的音樂專輯，而是他2001年參加電視影集「艾莉的異想世界Ally McBeal」演出，獻唱＜You're Still You＞而印象深刻)
